Agreement and eligibility
By purchasing or using Probe5, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate order, contact, and audit-scope information.
Authorization is required
You may submit and test only websites, applications, accounts, APIs, and workflows that you own or have explicit permission to test. You are responsible for securing any required approvals and defining the authorized scope. Probe5 may require ownership verification, reject a target, narrow a test, or stop activity that appears unsafe or unauthorized.
You may not use Probe5 to access third-party data, disrupt a service, evade security controls for abuse, test a third-party identity provider without permission, submit stolen credentials, or violate law or another person’s rights.
Products and scope
- $10 Surface Audit: authorized surface-level security signals and developer-ready guidance.
- $49 Authz Audit: defined staging account and role-boundary comparisons.
- $99 Logic Audit: defined staging workflow, state, replay, and invariant checks.
Each listed price is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Advanced authorization, MFA, KYC-enforcement, and business-logic checks require an agreed staging or sandbox scope, synthetic data, and any test accounts or API definitions described during intake. The product description and confirmed scope control what is included.
Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Digistore24 under its checkout terms. Displayed prices may be accompanied by taxes required for your location. Your card statement will show a charge from Digistore24.
Every Probe5 audit purchase includes a 60-day refund period. To request a refund, contact hello@probe5.com within 60 days of purchase and include your Digistore24 order ID.
Reports and customer responsibilities
Findings describe observed evidence from the authorized scope and time of testing. A report is informational, is not a certification, does not prove that a system is free of vulnerabilities, and does not replace a regulated assessment or qualified penetration test where one is required.
You are responsible for reviewing findings, protecting report access, making backups, safely applying fixes, and retesting material changes. Do not submit production secrets or personal information when synthetic staging data can be used.
Availability and responsibility
Probe5 is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. We may suspend unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized use.
We may update these terms as Probe5 changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to hello@probe5.com.
